Cat trader

The Cat Trader is an NPC that unlocks cats. The Cat Trader can be unlocked in a rescue camp. Interacting with this NPC lets you trade or upgrade cats. Interacting with the cat crate next to this NPC let's you purchase greycats with cornucopias.
